XTech Technical Support offers you an easy way to fix computer problems while talking to a live technician. Our remote help tool allows us to connect to your computer, so we can fix problems for you. Or we can come in, on site. Our services are only available in the Boise (Treasure Valley) area for now. Visit our contact page for requests.

Home and Office Setup

Setup A PC
Setup a computer and customize it, connect 1 printer, and connect to your existing internet connection.
Cost:$59

Wired Networking (short distance between computers)
Computer network setup and installation with internet connection sharing, and file & printer sharing. Setup of two computers.
Cost: $50; For over two computers:$75

Wireless Network and Internet Connection Sharing Setup.
Wireless enabled computer network setup and installation with internet connection sharing, and file & printer sharing. Will activate security as well. Includes setup of two computers. (Cost does not include hardware, only installation and setup)
Cost: $100; Add additional computer: $10
 

Small Business Network Engineering and Support
Have a small business, but need a computer network to run it? XTech can help you get there with our Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 networking service. We will work with you to build up the small business network you need to get things done.
We can also clean up and repair you existing network too!

Spyware and Viruses

Spyware and Virus Cleanup
XTech will examine, diagnose, and the clean up the spyware and viruses that have accumulated. This will also include free anti-spyware utilities.
Cost:$50 for 1 hour and $10 for each additional hour.

Spyware Protection
XTech will install software to protect your computer from future spyware.
Basic Protection Cost: $15
Advanced Protection Cost (includes McAfee AntiSpy): $50

Virus Protection
Antivirus software will be installed to prevent your computer from viruses.
Basic Protection: $15
Higher Protection (includes McAfee Virus Scan): $50

The Whole Works
XTech will install software to protect your computer from spyware, viruses, and computer hackers.
Cost (includes McAfee Internet Security): $75
